Celebrating the “Coming out national day” with a graphic approach
While doing some design work, I did some digging. Digging in the computer is something we usually do, I’m assuming that from hundreds of design projects, logo design, package design, branding, digital you name it ๐ For every final selection, there are dozens of rounds and variations. This is why we do digging because there is always something out there…
So while Digging. Just saw this outtake felt like a perfect fit to honor the National Coming Out Day, this October 11. The final design was a poster for some 80’s Fever party…ย ย
ย Nike celebrates that day with LGBTQ+ athletes with a Be True message. What is nice here is the freedom the brand has to change the colors of the logo, to support the campaign.ย

I guess this post has a very simple message — actually two. The first one – There is always something in what we do, the projects we work on, our old designs, old ideas they can always have used. and the second is to Be True because without being true to ourselves we can’t be true to anyone else.
