Bavli Towers
Brand: GN Architect
Bavli Towers, one of Tel Aviv’s most ambitious residential complexes, needed more than a functional parking lot. With 6,000 square meters underground, the challenge was to transform orientation into part of the brand experience — ensuring residents find their way in ease, not get lost, reduce anxiety, and feel safe from the very first drive.
Large residential projects often treat parking as a utility. Signs are added late, with minimal thought to psychology or brand. For Bavli Towers, we reframed the space: the parking lot is the first point of contact with home. If it feels confusing or cold, the entire brand promise weakens.
We built a design system that merges clarity with edge. Bold typography and high-contrast colors guide drivers intuitively, even under stress. The visual rhythm — arrows, symbols, spacing- was engineered as behavioral cues, reducing hesitation and making orientation seamless.
Most importantly, the signage echoes the identity of Bavli Towers. The parking lot isn’t detached infrastructure; it’s a branded environment. Every line, every surface contributes to the sense of order, calm, and prestige that residents associate with their home.
The result: 6,000 square meters of underground space transformed from a potential stress point into a confident extension of the Bavli Towers brand.
