Restaurants wall design, graffiti, and how to design a wall based on brand visual identity
A few months before we heard for the first time the two words COVI-19 we just finished a beautiful branding for a greek restaurant that was planned to open sometime around March. We came up with the Brand name “Ola Kala” which means in Greek that everything is alright… Inside the restaurant, there is a very big wall around 8 meters wide that had a texture on it and a very dark color. This was a great opportunity to bring in the magic of graphic design, visual identity and graffiti.

The process of designing a wall starts with a sketch where we create the graphic vision of the wall and how it will work along side with the brand guidelines and graphic look. First, we decide the right technique for the wall. There are many different options, Here we chose graffiti. The graffiti delivers a very specific result, That need to work with the design and the story.
