Our aim: evoke anticipation for the story within, before the sample even enters the lab.
The kit had two challenges: it held sensitive materials under strict regulations, and it needed to project warmth and trust from the moment of opening. We created a structure that safely nests QR-coded vials and essentials but opens like a heritage capsule, intuitive, protective, and ceremonial. We layered tactile finishes, embedded a return envelope, and aligned everything with MyHeritage's visual and emotional values, transforming delivery into lineage.
